(37 550) II
The invention relates to a jewelry clasp with two closure elements each comprising a permanent magnet, one of which forms a circular cylindrical plug-in receptacle for a circular-cylindrical plug-in extension of the other closure part, and with attachment connections in the region of the ends of the closure parts opposite each other in the axial direction of the plug-in receptacle and the plug-in attachment.
In known jewelry clasps of this type, although the two closure parts are independently pulled by the permanent magnets in the stop-limited closed position as soon as the plug neck of a closure part is inserted into the plug receptacle of the other closure part, but the closing force depends solely on the effective magnetic forces, so either strong permanent magnets are used, which complicate the opening of the jewelry clasp, or there is a risk of unintentional opening of the jewelry clasp due to low magnetic forces.
In order to be able to ensure unintentional opening of the jewelry buckle with weak magnetic forces, it is already known (AT 504 950 B1) to use the permanent magnets only to secure the closed position of the two closure parts, but to absorb the actual closing forces via a positive connection of the two closure parts. This means that the two closure parts must be coupled transversely to the closing forces, ie transversely to the connecting straight line of the two end attachment connections of the closure parts. -2-
The invention is therefore based on the object, a jewelry clasp of the type described in such a way that despite closing in the direction of the closing forces comparatively weak permanent magnets can be used without jeopardizing the security against unintentional opening of the jewelry clasp.
The invention achieves the stated object in that one of the closure parts emanates at least one guide groove extending from its end face facing the other closure part, extending in the axial direction and being wound around a peripheral portion, for a closure element which is opposite to the other closure part. associated, radial guide pin and that a locking recess for the guide pin is provided at the end of the guide groove.
By provided at the end of the guide groove locking recess for the guide pin is pulled at a tensile load of the two closed closure parts of the guide pin in the recess, so that a positive support of the two closure parts results on the engaging in the locking recess guide pin. To open the jewelry clasp, the two closure parts are to be rotated in the stop-limited closed position against each other, wherein the guide pin of a closure member along the guide groove of the other closure member is moved past the locking recess. When closing the two closure parts engages the guide pin of a closure part when inserting the circular cylindrical plug-in projection in the circular cylindrical socket of the two closure parts in the guide groove of the other closure part and is due to the effective magnetic forces during the closing operation along the guide groove under a mutual rotation of the two closure parts brought past the locking recess in an end position in which it is opposite to the locking recess in the axial direction. During axial pulling apart of the two closure parts thus engages the guide pin in the locking recess and secures the closed position in the manner described.
Particularly simple handling conditions are achieved in that two symmetrical to a diameter plane through the recess grooves are provided. This arrangement of two guide grooves with a common latching recess in the region of the mutually merging ends of the two guide grooves allows the closing of the two closure parts via one of the two guide grooves with the advantage that the coupling of the two closure parts is not only possible from a predetermined mutual rotational position. The insertion of the guide pin into the respective guide groove can be facilitated by the guide groove has a funnel-shaped Einführerweiterung so that the Einführweiterung guide surfaces for the guide pin forms and engages the guide pin along these guide surfaces due to the effective magnetic forces in the guide groove. The required for this mutual rotational movement of the closure parts is indeed ensured by the circular cylindrical shape of the plug-in approach and the plug-in receptacle.
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown, for example. Show it
1 shows a jewelry clasp according to the invention in a schematic longitudinal section in the closed state,
2 shows the two closure parts of the jewelry clasp before closing in a partially torn side view,
FIG. 3 shows a representation of the jewelry clasp corresponding to FIG. 2 in a position rotated by 90 ° about the longitudinal axis and FIG. 4 shows a section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 3.
The illustrated jewelry clasp has two closure parts 1 and 2, which are each provided with a permanent magnet 3. In the Schiießsteliung shown in Fig. 1 engages the closure part 1 with a circular cylindrical projection 4 in a circular cylindrical plug-in receptacle 5 of the other closure part 2 a. At the two ends of the jewelry buckle 5 fastening terminals 6, for example in the form of eyelets, are provided in the direction of the axes of the plug-in projection 4 and the plug-in receptacle. -4-
One of the two closure parts 1, 2, in the embodiment of the closure part 1, has at least one guide groove 7 for a guide pin 8 of the respective other closure part 2. This guide groove 7 extends in the axial direction and winds along the axial extent over a peripheral portion, as can be seen in particular Figs. 2 and 3. Due to the tortuous course of the guide grooves 7, the two closure parts 1 and 2 are rotated against each other during the closing of the jewelry clasp. In the stop-limited closed position shown in FIG. 1, the radial guide pin 8 of the closure part 2 is located in the end region of the guide grooves 7, which merge into one another in this end region and form a latching recess 9 on the side of this common end region facing away from the attachment connection 6. From Fig. 3 it can also be seen that the guide grooves 7 have a funnel-shaped Einführerweiterung 10, the guide surfaces 11 results for the guide pin 8, when the insertion lug 4 of a closure part 1 is inserted into the -SteckSteckaufnahme 5 of the other closure part 3, so that the Guide pin 8 is inserted along the respective guide surface 11 under a mutual rotation of the two closure parts 1,2 in the subsequent guide groove 7.
When closing the two closure parts 1, 2 via the magnetic forces of the two permanent magnets, the guide pin 8 slides along the respective guide groove 7 in the common end region of the two guide grooves 7, which are arranged symmetrically to a plane extending through the locking recess 9 diameter plane of the closure part 1. 2, the end position of the guide pin 8 in the end region of the guide grooves 7 is indicated by dash-dotted lines. If due to a tensile load on the attachment lugs 6, the closure parts 1, 2 pulled apart in the axial direction, so engages the guide pin 8 of the closure part 2 in the locking recess 9 of the closure part 1 and prevents loosening of the closure. As soon as the tensile load subsides, the two closure parts 1 and 2 are pulled together again into the stop-limited end position according to FIG. 1 by the permanent magnets 3. To release the jewelry clasp, the two closure parts 1 and 2 are to be rotated from the stop-limited end position against each other. As a result of this mutual rotation, the guide pin 8 slides along the outer groove wall of the respective guide groove 7 past the latching recess 9 and can thus be withdrawn without hindrance from the guide groove 7 with a simultaneous release of the two closure parts 1 and 2.
The invention is of course not limited to the illustrated embodiment. Thus, in a kinematic reversal, the guide pin 8 could also belong to the plug-in projection 4 of the closure part 1, which causes an arrangement of the guide grooves 7 in the region of the inner wall of the plug-in receptacle 5 of the closure part 2. In addition, it is by no means necessary to provide two mutually symmetrical guide grooves 7, because the backup function solves the task by the provided at the end of the guide grooves 7 locking recess 8 in cooperation with a single guide 7.
